Useless courier company!!

Beyond frustrated with this useless courier company. It's been 3 days since I've been expecting my parcel with poor service delivery. First they claim that my contact details are incorrect and that they tried to call me to deliver my parcel but as I checked, they have the correct contact details. Secondly they keep repeatedly make mistake on my physical address although I've clarified countless time on the correct physical address!!!! They keep promising everyday that my parcel will be delivered but at the end of the day, they don't pitch up!!! All my plans canceled for 3 days because I'm home expecting my order!!!!! I would not recommend any company/ individual to use this courier service. Worst experience ever!
