Useless courier

Can't even rate this courier company. Worst ever. That can't even phone you back with a feedback on when parcel will be delivered, haven't even got a phone call to tell me my parcel will be delivered on a specific date. I phoned them on the 7th March to find out about my parcel. They said my parcel will be delivered on the 10th of March. I phoned the 10th, no one could help me, parcel still on the floor. The 11th I phoned again and they still can't tell me when my parcel will be delivered. Today the 14th I phoned and a rude person put the phone down In my ear while I was asking when will the parcel be here, and they must deliver it today, I not waiting any longer. I phone again and 2 times the phone was put down in my ear. The 4th time a lady help me and said they can't phone but they can email me the feedback, first time any of the consultant said something about that. So hopefully I will get my parcel, don't know when..... Please don't use this company they are useless!!!!
