DPD Laser has the audacity to claim they delivered my parcel and that it was signed for last night. This is a complete lie—we received nothing, and their driver didn’t even have the decency to call.

One Day Sale, how can you, as a so-called reputable company, keep partnering with a courier service that consistently fails your customers? This isn’t just a courier issue anymore; it’s your issue. Your refusal to hold DPD Laser accountable or choose a more reliable partner shows a shocking disregard for your customers.
