Urgent complaint

*** company, today 07 January 2026 I went to collect my parcel at main branch in Germiston, security took my Asendia number twice in different times they told me to wait outside waited for 4 hours from 10:13am to 14:14pm a record of my time when i got there is in security phone on WhatsApp,someone called me twice from inside from this number +***6 time of call 11:58am and say i should ask the security to let me in my parcle is ready ,when i get inside the risk team attacked me they were so rude and aggressive 1 black guy,1 white guy and 1 coloured guy they were so rude and aggressive they were swearing at me saying why dd i trasspass i tried to explain saying i got a call and security let me in they were very rude, this coloured guy wanted to punch me saying I trasspassed , i walked away and drove home with nothing when I get home they called and say my parcel is ready for collection we had to drove back ,coloured guy even said he will kill me if I don't leave the premises saying black people are ****, I'm praying management deal with those guys they must check cctv how the coloured guy physically attacking me lucky my girlfriend got into between us stoping him from attacking me i was so tromatize how on earth do someone attack a customer.
