Unsatisfactory service

Dealing with them has been a nightmare. Since Monday, everyday they send texts to say they will deliver.... Everyday at 6pm they send another text saying they were unable to deliver. Everytime I call the number provided, they keep me holding until the phone cuts. The driver has never called.
