UNSAFE ,CARELESS, MALICIOUS DELIVERY, AND DRIVERS

Good day. DPD LASER is absolutely horrible with their service. I received my tracking waybill sms 9am this morning- and immediately, I change the address to my work because nobody was home today. Which is why DPD PROVIDES THAT LINK. At half past 1, the courier guy contacts me, telling me his outside my house. So between 9am and 1 pm, they couldn't communicate that to him? WHY DO YOU SEND THE TRACK CHANGE SMS IF IT CANNOT BE AFFECTED. the courier guy proceeds to take my cellphone number and add me to whatsapp, to chat to me. what was there to chat about? He had no right , safety wise to think he can add me to whatsapp.i ask him why couldn't he call? I BLOCK HIM. he calls and says his calling from his personal number makes it known his using his airtime to call me. WHY IS HE MAKING HIS PROBLEM MINE? He was trying to make me feel bad because they don't have their delivery schedules in order.

LASTLY HE WAS PREPARED TO LEAVE MY PACKAGE WITH AN UNKNOWN PERSON. THE PERSON OUTSIDE MY HOUSE SAID HE KNOWS ME, I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT PERSON AND WHO THE HELL DOES HE THINK HE IS TO BE SO DAMN CARELESS WITH MY PACKAGE? I WILL LET THE BUSINESS I ORDERED FROM ALSO KNOW THIS BECAUSE ITS NOT A PIECE OF ******* THAT WAS BEING DELIVERED. UNSAFE AND F!&#%#$ CARELESS. IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED IN ANYWAY I WILL ENSURE THIS MAN PAYS FOR IT YOU NOT DEALING WITH A CHILD THATS GETTING STUFF FOR FREE.
