Unreliable Courier Service

Why is SHEIN using this courier? Buffalo is far more reliable. I’m frustrated by their dishonesty and poor service. They constantly claim my address is invalid, yet Buffalo delivers to the same address without issues. This company has no sense of urgency and should not be handling deliveries.
