Unreliable courier Company

I placed an order with Ander Armour and DPD laser was surpose to deliver my parcel last week Friday. When i tracked my parcel it said error in address and also klient not at adress. They have scheduled it to be delivered on Saterday and it was never delivered. Same story then they rescheled it for today to be delivered. I phoned to try and find out what is happening with my parcel and they said no it will be delivered today. When I phoned just before 19:00 they said to me the driver tried to call and there was no answer. They are the most unrealiable company and sad enough that suppliers uses unreliable companies like that and staff that is not doing their work they should probably saw it was late and said he could get hold of me. My phone has bee with me and never had 1 phone call from them. Please be carefull I using this company because this is jot the 1st problem they always have either you address wrong or will say they contacted you and then they don't.
