Unreasonable delays from DPD Laser - Poor Service

I ordered items from Shein, which cleared customs on 25 November. Expected delivery was between 30/11 and 03/12 On 02/12, your tracking showed that my parcel was received... 3 days later and that status remains the same.

After multiple calls to your helpdesk, I have been told that the parcel has not reached the depot. I have requested to collect the parcel from your facility and this morning have been advised that collections are halted and my parcel will be delivered sometime next week.

I could not even get a reference for any of the calls or enquiries I have made.

This is an URGENT order which i require today.

I have never experienced such poor service from any other logistics company.

Please fast track this delivery for today! (The agent i spoke to today has been the most helpful - but cant assist further due to instruction from warehouse/operations)
