Unprofessional, Rude, Disorganised and Would not use again.

Dear all,

This is the second experience I have had with the same courier company which has been very unprofessional. The first time they delivered my parcel, the driver waited 5 minutes and left while i was on my way to collect my order. The next day they tried to deliver and i had to beg the driver to wait for me to collect my parcel from the gate of the complex i reside in. This time, I received a call this morning at 07:56 enquiring if i will be at home today to receive the parcel. I advised that there would be someone to receive the parcel on my behalf. I then received an SMS at 08:33 informing me that my parcel could not be delivered. I then contacted the call centre where the consultant Melissa advised me it was out for delivery today. I then followed up at 09:39 to confirm the status of delivery where the consultant informed me that my parcel will only be delivered on the 09th of November. Unprofessional, disorganised and just a hassle to deal with. Would not recommend their services. EVER.
