Unprofessional company

This is the worst delivery company I have ever come across. They sent me a waybill tracking number and now Im trying to track my parcel they tell me the tracking number does not exist. They are so unhelpful, I now do not know where my parcel is and neither their email or telephone customer care are will to investigate on their side
