Unprofessional and poor service DPD Laser

The service of this courier company is very poor. I was supposed to receive my order yesterday, as I received an sms saying my order is out for delivery but the delivery was not completed. Only to find out that the driver **** and said my contact was not available. How unprofessional. And I see there's a lot of us who are complaining about their drivers lying about not reaching us.
