Unprofessional and inconsiderate

Today, I received an SMS from DPD Laser notifying me of the delivery of my parcel scheduled for today. However, it is now 18:00 and the parcel has not arrived yet. Unfortunately, I am unable to run errands as I am waiting for the delivery person, Xolani Capu.

I am highly disappointed with the unprofessional and inconsiderate service provided by DPD Laser. I would advise against using their services.
