UNPREDICTABLE BAD SERVICE

I received an SMS with a link saying that my Makro purchase was enroute to me, I waited all day and nothing, no info. I went to the SMS and followed the link and there it is stated that the delivery was not going to happen. The message said that they would contact me, but nothing!!!!!!
