Unhappy Customer!

I am very unhappy with this Courier service! They sent me a SMS on Friday, 06 Oct, saying that my delivery will be done sometime during the day. I got a call from the Driver at ± 16:00 saying he is in my town busy with deliveries and he wants to confirm my delivery location. When I told him that I was 20km outside of town, he said he knew the location, but will not be able to do the delivery on that day, he will do it first thing on Monday. Yesterday I again got a SMS from them saying that my parcel is out for delivery and would be with me by the end of the day. By 16:45 yesterday I phoned the Courier Company asking about my parcel and I was told that it will be delivered still although it might be late. Needless to say I received NO parcel and NO phone call to explain why there is a problem with my delivery. This morning the status of my delivery on their website says "We couldn't complete your delivery. We have taken receipt of your parcel at our depot". I do not understand why Companies use Courier services like this. This is the 2nd time I had such a experience!!
