Unhappy customer

I was expecting a delivery on the 22/12/23 till now it hasn't been delivered. When I called the courier I was told that it was delivered to Butterworth and they couldn't find the address which I have no idea where they get Butterworth from. I stay In Qonce. So I called and was told that the address was updated which was the 27/12 Fri the 29th I called again and was told that the address still shows Butterworth mind you the number I'm calling is a customer care line which they can't even get hold of EL branch. So surprise, today again I called and was told that my address is still not updated whereas I was told last time that the situation has been escalated to EL. They have a poorly customer service still now I don't know when I'll receive my parcel.
