Unfair treatment to Ex Fast and furious sub contractors

I need an advice . I am an ex Fast and furious sub contractor . That was bought by Dpd laser . When I joined the Fast an furious I paid R12 000 per vehicle of which I thought it there to secure my job or routes since it not refundable . few months late that told us that the company been sold but nothing is going to change . From the time we started working with dpd laser we been having challenges short payment ,not getting volumes ,reducing rates . I raised my concern with management about rates they said they will come back to me . After that they terminated my contract . They gave me one week notice . And they said it a favor by law they can terminate immediately . almost every month they short paid me they said it a system issue . We been reminded that we are suppliers not Dpd laser employees we can leave if we not happy Kindly advice
