Unfair treatment

Good day I need some help regarding the joining fee that I paid to Fast and furious Durban +- two months before they were bought by DPD Laser, joining fee was non refundable but I thought it was there to secure my job in the company, suddenly they are terminating my contract with one week verbal notice and it seems like we are not getting our joining fee back, and they even told me that, that one week notice is a favor, by law they have a right to terminate my contract with an immediate effect, which I think it's unfair treatment.

Since we joined Dpd Laser they've been trying to get rid of ex Fast and furious suppliers by reducing volume and reducing rates.

We've been reminded that we are suppliers so we don't have rights they can terminate the contract as they wish.

Please help
