uneccassary waiting period.

I ordered a parcel from Temu, it landed in jhb on Satuday was collected from the airport on Sunday and recieved in Durban DPD LASER DEPOT this morning at 08.30am Upon my query I was told I will only recieve my parcel on Friday 5 September, today is Tuesday, I find having to wait until Friday unfair and of poor service when i live 25 min away from the depot, As it is a delivery I do not see why i should fetch it, whenh it could be delivered earier, never in my life have i heard of having to wait so long when the courier is fairly close by. This is unneccassary and very fustrating. I am not happy and do not reccomend this courier to anyone.
