Undelivered Parcel and Closed Ticket With No Feedback From Courier

I am extremely disappointed with this courier service. I received a notification stating that my parcel could not be delivered and was told to log into the website to see the reason. When I checked, the status was vague and unclear. I then logged a ticket through their query email, received a reference number, and was informed that someone named Thato Pelle was looking into it. Shortly after, the ticket was closed without any explanation or confirmation.

No one bothered to tell me why my parcel wasn’t delivered or when I can expect it. This level of service is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this courier company based on this experience.
