Undelivered New years shoes for my daughter

Wouldn't wish the bad experiencethat I got even on my Enemy, their service is horrible to say the least. On the 29th of December 2025 I got an sms saying my delivery was issued for delivery that day since then I have not received my parcel.. From Joburg to Alberton it was hard for them to deliver my parcel which had my Daughter's shoes to wear on New year's day on the 31st I called and was re assured that I will get them before business day, well yesterday I had a crying non stop baby because of you guys my child couldn't wear her shoes that her Mom bought with her hard earned money for someone who doesn't want to do their job and deliver parcels because they are clever 😢I want nothing to do with DPD LASER and will tell everyone about their horrible service... Please don't bring the shoes to me anymore take them back to myrunway because I have already logged a return.
