UNDELIVERD PACKAGE: DPD LASER

This is now the 2nd day I'm waiting for a parcel from PnP clothing, on the 10th of October they said they were unable to deliver on the delivery run, I've mailed them, and they said they deliver until 18h00. and guess what, they updated at 17h45 they were unable to deliver my package, nobody phoned, messaged or mail me to say the package will not be delivered, now I have to wait for how long again, when I could've had my parcel yesterday already.
