Unacceptable service

I was suppose to receive a delivery yesterday. I called in multiple times as well querying the delivery as per the sms I received my address is incorrect, however, the address I provide the store was correct. I was informed to wait until 6pm. I got home and no delivery. I tracked the delivery, only to find out there has been a delay. I called in this morning, only to find out my parcel is missing.I should have received communication regarding this situation. The customer service agent I spoke to, no empathy regarding the situation. It’s my first time expecting a delivery from this company and I’m utterly disappointed.
