Unable to deliver BS

Received sms two days in a row that they were unable to deliver my package. I phoned the call center and was advise that the drive phone as there were no one at the delivery address. I received ZERO phone calls. The delivery address is a business address which operates normal business hours. Therefore there is no reason why the package could not be delivered. I asked the call center the make sure that the package is delivered today and their response is that they cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered today. We close for builders holiday today, what now????? They asked for an alternative delivery address, but no one will be home, do they expect me to cancel my holiday plan and sit home and wait for a delivery that might not even happen???????
