Umbro and dpd laser

I made a purchase on the 7th of December from umbro online. It was given to dpd laser on the same day. I have been tracking my order since and its been in transit ever since. Everytime i call dpd laser they tell me that my order will be delivered in a few days,nothing has happened. Been calling the whole of December but nothing, only on the 3rd of January when i called they told me that the delivery guy got hijacked on the 13th of December but i have been calling them through out December i was never told of that. Been trying to get hold of umbro i cant find their contact numbers anywhere. I emailed them still no response. Please help me get my money or parcel back...
