Yesterday as i was waiting for my parcel , i confirmed with the driver that i ill be in the office , while still waiting i received SMS to confirmed my parcel was delivered , i then contacted th contact centre to alert them about the incident that too place , they promise to get back to me ,

I then contact the store where i have ordered to inform them, after sometime th driver called me to apologise the parcel is still with him and he will deliver the next day

Told he driver he must redo what he did o the system so that i can cancel this order because not it is going to inconvinience me ,

Until this day no one has contacted me
