Two days of failed delivery

If there was a negative that’s exactly what they would be getting

Two wasted days of me waiting for my parcel no communication whatsoever all I see if a failed delivery text. I emailed and called and non of the agents were of any help they cannot communicate with the driver (what’s the point )
