This courier service that suck

This courier service can't deliver on there promisses they do there own thing like our goverment making promises but don't deliver on those promises. I ordered goods from China and on that same day I ordered goods localy the goods from China is in my possession but the local goods are still somewhere???? mybe it grow legs I don't know
