They should be closed down

Firstly their communication is useless, their tracking does not help at all and they dont communicate when they are planning to arrange the delivery. I contacted them to arrange for delivery on a specific day and it was confirmed, but nothing happened. I phoned their call centre but they were absolutely useless, but said it will be delivered the next day they will log an ‘urgent’ request. Two days later I stil havent receive anything ao I called again. They then said thats apparently still in their warehouse because their ‘problems’ department has to arrange for delivery. Which they also never did.

To top it of I requested to speak to a manager, they out me on hold for 10 minutes and dropped the call. I called again and requested to be transferred to a manager, and they told me they cannot because all their managers are unavailable
