They Deliver Packages to the Wrong Address

They delivered my parcel to the wrong location. I specifically called the company prior to delivery to confirm that the address was indeed correct and the representative even took down my number for the courier to call me upon delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous as the content of the parcel was important for business purposes. I've dealt with the likes of The Courier Guy, Fastway and many other couriers and have never had this happen. DPD cannot be trusted to keep parcels safe and to deliver correctly. This company clearly does not have a system in place to prevent issues and it appears that they are quite careless. Deeply disappointed and would not recommend to anyone to make use of their services. If an international vendor(Like Temu) uses them as a local delivery proxy, don't make use of that vendor until the vendor is willing to use an alternative company for local deliveries. I've escalated this with the relevant vendor to see if they will offer us alternatives like Fastway that has basic things in place like a PIN to ensure that the packages are reaching the correct individuals. This has to be the worst courier company in the country and vendors would be wise to steer clear of them to uphold their reputation with customers.
