The worst courier in South Africa

I have been waiting for a delivery from DPD Laser, watching the driveway for 3 days. There was no change in status on the tracker on the first expected day of delivery. On the second day, I received and email before 6am stating that my parcel was out for delivery. At 8 pm and again at 11pm, I received emails falsely stating that the delivery had failed because I was not at home! I sent the company two emails with no response. On day 3, I received an email at 8am, stating that my parcel was out for delivery. By late afternoon when it had not arrived, I called the customer care line. After being put on hold for a while, explaining my frustration, the call ended unexpectedly. I obviously was not called back. My parcel has still not been delivered. I have dealt with four different couriers just in the last week and they were pleasant experiences. I will not purchase from businesses who utilise this courier in the future.
