The WORST courier company in South Africa!

I wish there were zero stars to rate this business. This is the worst and most *********** courier service ever. They make empty promises with regards to deliveries and lie about ‘escalating orders’. When agents say that a a manager needs to sort this out the line goes to a voice mail saying the manager is unavailable and the message box is too full to receive messages. Emails have not been rep**** to. I have been in contact with DPD laser since 28 September and the sms stated o would have my order by the 30th December. My partner has a separate parcel and has waited even longer. This morning when I tried to call (AGAIN) I was caller 48 and would be attended to ‘in 18 minutes’. I have wasted so much time and money calling this place. It’s an absolutely shocking, ineffective and unprofessional business!
