The Worst Courier Company Ever!!

They were supposed to collect a return item on behalf of Buffalo Logistics (another headache) for Shein. I logged my return on 12 August 2025 and my parcel was only collected on 08 October 2025 and returned to me today, on 26 November 2025 without any explanation. When I called to enquire they insisted the parcel was delivered to Buffalo on 12 August, yet their waybill is not on their system to prove this. I have missed my return window with Shein as a result. What a **** show the experience was. Very disappointing and infuriating.
