The worst courier company ever

DPD Laser is the worst courier company you can ever user. They received my order on the 19th of December 2022 from Cape Union. It is now the the 23rd of December 2022 and I have not received any communication from them. I have been trying to call them and every time I call them I hold for like 40 minutes without being assisted.
