The worst!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a message 3 days ago that my parcel is being delivered and I still no delivery, I can't even get through when I call. Other courier guys call to confirm time of delivery but this one is terrible, no call, no notification nothing!!!I always struggle with this company, it ridiculous.
