The most pathetic couriers I have ever dealt with
Timeline of Events: 22 March: Order placed with Adidas. 23 March: DPD Laser notified of the shipment. 24 March: DPD Laser successfully collected the order from Adidas. Promise: Delivery was guaranteed within 5 business days. As of today, 27th March, the order has not arrived.
Customer Service Failures (27th March): I have attempted to resolve this via telephone three times today within a four-hour window with zero resolution:
1st Call: I was told DPD would "call Adidas" for a way forward, despite their own tracking confirming the parcel is already in DPD’s possession.
2nd Call: After explaining the situation, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before the consultant disconnected the call.
3rd Call: I spoke to Dulith. Despite explaining the previous two failed attempts, no solution was provided. I was further informed that there is no escalation contact or supervisor available to handle grievances.
The events of March 27th have fundamentally undermined my confidence in your organization's ability to provide even a basic level of service. To be placed on hold and disconnected after ten minutes is not a "technical error"—it is a blatant dismissal of a paying customer. To then be told by Dulith that no escalation path exists suggests a systemic failure in your corporate structure; a business that hides its management from its customers is a business that has no intention of being held accountable for its failures.
I find it utterly incomprehensible that DPD Laser is "consulting with Adidas" on a parcel that their own tracking confirms was collected on the 24th. This level of internal misalignment and lack of transparency is embarrassing for a global partner like Adidas.
