The delivery person keeps leaving my parcels at reception without first informing me
The delivery person keeps leaving my parcels at reception without first informing me. This is really negligent and I am not happy as this keeps repeating. What happens if I am not at work? Will the company replace lost parcels if it happens to land on wrong hands?

18 Sept 2025, 09:42An agent called me and advised me that the driver will go back and fetch my parcel from work (as I'm currently off sick)? Today it seems as if the promise was not kept. Where is the honesty? I requested for a RESCHEDULE and it was ignored. You decided to leave my parcel with someone without informing. Your call center is not helping at all.
