The customer care departments is not efficient at all and my calls were transferred from one to the next and still at the end of the day i was mot helped

The corrier couldn't collect my parcel due to incorrect address. I received an sms from the corrier company to call the customer care dept for corrections. I have bedn on the phone for almost an hour; the consultants kept on transferring me from one to the next and none of them couldn't help me I request a ball back online and still no luck.
