The absolute WORST Courier company

The absolute WORST courier experience I’ve ever had. My order was meant to be delivered today, yet it sat with zero movement or updates from DPD for days. They don’t respond to emails, and after speaking to three different agents, I finally got an update—only to find out that my parcel, which I urgently needed, was “mistakenly” routed to Johannesburg instead of being out for delivery in Durban.

This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I highly caution against purchasing from Madison online if this is the courier company they choose to use.
