Terrible service from DPD laser

I ordered through MR PRICE , and the parcel was couriered through Dawn wing / DPD laser .

When I tracked the order , it said the order was delivered . I requested confirmation of delivery and the details were false as I had requested the parcel to be delivered at my workplace . The courier guy claims he delivered the parcel on the 4th at 18:18 whereas the receiving area closes at 16:00 . The courier company lost my order because that order never made it to the receiving area
