Terrible Service from DPD LASER

I have a shop on Yaga and a customer paid me for an item she then chose Dpd Laser to courier for her the order was placed on 10/12/2023 Tracking Number:YAGA***, Today is the 21 December 2023 and I am still waiting for them to come and collect the parcel.I sent them emails with the tracking number, but no response! I then proceeded to give them a call and the woman on the phone assured me they would collect the parcel from me Yesterday between 12 and 4 pm.I am still waiting.....What an atrocious service even after calling them they still did not come to collect and the woman on the phone did not even apologize for the delay she just said after I told her everything that she didn't see a pickup order so she would add it now imagine! no apology after keeping both customers waiting for longer than a week they are very bad for business we lose clients and business like this. I am very frustrated about this;-(
