Terrible Service. Dont Use Them

I signed up with a prepaid account last month as they were the only Takealot Preferred Courier close to me. Getting money from me and getting me signed up was very professional and swift on their end, great service. Now that it is actually time to help me, I have been unhappy since.

I filled in TWO collection forms, stated on both I needed collection on Friday, they sent a rude and disgruntled driver to me on THURSDAY.

He came back on Friday even more clueless than the day before. I had booked for two collections, two deliveries to two different places. He said he was told he was only picking up one parcel and didn't have the required waybill,

He said he will have it sorted at the office and I will have my waybills before the end of the day (FRIDAY) - he took both my parcels and my shipping notes.

I have been emailing and calling to no avail. I have no idea where my parcels are and I have no waybills.

Moelene Jackson was handling my collection and has been of no help to me at all.

I am so unimpressed. Courier Guy would never give such terrible service.
