Terrible Service

If zero stars existed it would be more fitting. The ludicrous part about this complaint is that it is one of hundreds with an average rating of 1 star with no replies or attempts of rectification by the company which is extremely unprofessional!

The service is terrible, and the lack of attempt to deliver the parcel timeously is horrifying. The constant lies by the staff to cover for their business are scary. What kind of circus is being run? Mismanagement is notable and no care for customer satisfaction. Terrible service with absolutely no core business ethic or practice.
