Terrible service

Terrible service. My parcel has been out for delivery for the past 3 days. When I phoned yesterday I was told they are at a business close to me and are on there way to deliver my parcel. Nothing. When I phoned this morning I was told they would deliver before 12pm. It is now 1.30pm and nothing. They have been lying to my face for 3 days. This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with! The worst in South Africa! Stay away!!!!
