Terrible service

I haven't received my parcel for two days now? I get sent a message early in the morning to say it's on for delivery, but nothing!! Their email don't work both of them. I requested a call back they don't call back ? I called held on for 30 minutes and when someone finally answered they drop the phone in my ear?? Is this what you call customer services ? This is the service we get and pay for? It's impossible to reach anyone at this business Why are you in business? I want to know where my order is? My customer is very unhappy because of your terrible service.

This is the message that comes up for email. Error Icon Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to *** because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email. The response from the remote server was: 550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: invalid or unknown recipient address
