Terrible service

I've been waiting since Last week Thursday for my parcel. I got an SMS that my parcel will be delivered , so I've been waiting patiently. After late afternoon, i gather that nobody is coming so i call them. I got told that the driver was here but i wasn't home. ABSOLUTE *******!! They didnt call me and I didnt even know anyone was at my gate. They said the driver will come again tomorrow. I wait again...the same thing happens, no parcel, no call. I phone again.. they give me the same story. I told these people that my phone has been on and working 100% and nobody is calling me when they are here. I AM SO MAD because today I called again and I told them that the courier needs to please call me when he is outside my gate, they said he will call me. I waited again the whole day and still no delivery and nobody called me. I don't know why anyone uses this service , it's nothing short but tragic. Wasting my time and all my airtime. They don't even respond to emails .. I'm still waiting for someone to email me back or call, since last week.
