Terrible service!

This is probably the most useless courier service I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting almost a week from the first time that I received a notification that it is out for delivery, with no deliver yet and no one contacting me to keep me updated. When I call in the operators don't have any valuable feedback. I won't use their services if I was a business relying on them to get my customers' orders delivered.
