Terrible Service

I had a delivery due to from yesterday being thursday 22nd June and did not receive the delivery. there was no attempt to get a hold of me by the team doing the delivery, when tracking my parcel, it shows that delivery attempt failed. I was home the whole day and did not receive anyone attempting to contact me to tell me my delivery was here. Same thing today when i tried to follow up i was told to go wait outside and the delivery would be made, i waited for a good 20min outside with nothing being delivered. When i called to find out what was going on i was unable to get any feedback! i keep on calling the offices of DPD and i am not getting a resolution to my query! there has been no attempt to deliver my parcel or contact me to informa me otherwise!!! i will be logging this complaint on hello peter and informing the shop where the delivery is coming from, to not use DPD when making my deliveries as the drivers do not even attempt to get a hold of the customer to make delivery!
