Terrible experience!!

This courier company is very unprofessional and unreliable. I’ve been going back and forth with the agents without any resolution. My package was supposed to be deliver on the 8th of September 2023, this was not completed without any communication. It was then rescheduled for the 11th of September 2023, It indicated on the tacking system that it was “delivered to a security guard” without my authorisation. I called the call centre and they stated it would be escalated. On the 20th of September 2023 I decided to track again and it was to my surprise finding out that my package was “delivered “ yet I had not physically received anything. I called to enquire and was not given any assistance, instead my calls were constantly cut/dropped. It’s the 21st of September 2023, and I still have no idea where my package is nor have I received any update.
