Terrible customer service

The contact centre agent I spoke to by the name of Levin is very rude and dismissive. I have been waiting for my delivery for the past 3 days, and each time I call in to track why it has not been delivered I get the same excuse of 'contact not available' , yet I did not receive any phone call none whatsoever from them and I have been home all this time.

Their service is disgusting.
